This plug-n-play system works with any brand of AGV tugger and can be easily integrated with a facility’s existing system. Our software communicates with the AGV supervisor and other auxiliary control to facilitate proper transfers. Our CarryMatic system is customizable for your material movement needs and integrates with your existing conveyor system.
The Dual Bay Powered Cart is a powered roller conveyor cart designed for automated material transfers within a CarryMatic system. It features a Quad-Steer steering system that allows for tight turns and excellent tracking and incorporates other features such as load sensors, motor drives, and a stack light. CarryMatic carts also feature a robust safety system that includes a safety bumper and multiple emergency stop buttons.
The carts can be connected into trains, towed by either AGVs or manual tugger trucks. These carts are sized to your footprint and weight capacities. The dual-bay carts allow for a shorter train and smaller turn radius vs. the same number of loads in single bay carts where applications allow. The Dual Bay Powered Cart increases safety, productivity, and reduces cost.
The most common application for the Dual Bay Powered Cart is to speed up automated material transfers. With our unique design, customers can load and unload from both directions. This allows for faster transfers, less hands-on interference, and improved efficiency.
